Job Description:

Reservoir/Production Engineer
Conduct reservoir surveillance work, include collecting, organizing and using data from the well/reservoir (pressure, temperature, rates) to monitor performance;
Performed production and reservoir forecasts using simulation studies to support Asset Development Plan;
Managing daily production and Injection wells monitoring, well surveillance activity for reservoir monitoring and well testing activity for new drilled wells;
Evaluate wells performance during production activity and make a mitigation program to improve well performance.

Job Specification:

Bachelor Degree majoring in Chemical/Mechanical/Petroleum Engineering with min. GPA 3,00;
Having Minimum 5 years working experience as Reservoir/Production Engineer in Geothermal Company or similar industry;
Having knowledge and experience in doing reservoir/production simulation;
Having knowledge and experience in doing wellbore simulation;
High commitment to safety & environment;
Good command in English both oral and written;
Conceptual and Analytical Thinking Skills;
Strong in Presentation Skills;
Well versed in coordinating various tasks to achieve its main objective;

General Qualification:

Max. age 27 years old;
Preferred candidates from Project soundings and Sumatera area;
Min. Diploma Degree (D3) in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering with min. GPA 2,80 :
a. Mechanical Engineering, understand the concept of Thermodynamics & Steam Turbine
b. Electrical Engineering, understand the concept of Generator, Low Voltage System, Medium Voltage System, High Voltage System and able to read P&ID
For fresh graduate candidates, not more than 2 (two) years after graduated;
Having min. 1 (one) year experience as Power Plant Operator, from Geothermal, renewable energy or similar industry, and hold Electricity Certification for Operation (Level) would be an advantage;
Good command in English and/or Mandarin both oral and written;

Prepare RKBI, RIB & Master List detail (Drilling & Power Plant);
Create and control Tax Exemption proposal thru RKIP;

Surveyor Inspection for Iron and Steel;
Submit Import realization for Master List to Customs;
Submit Import (API) realization to Ministry of Trade;
Submit company production report to Ministry of Industry;
Compiling Import Declaration for Customs Audit & Tax Office;
Proceed the courier service shipment;
Create weekly report related with all logistics and formalities activity.

Job Specification:

Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Management from Reputable University;
Proven track record with over 5 years’ experience in Logistics, it will be an advantage from Geothermal Industry, Oil & Gas, Mining and/ or EPC Company;
Hold PPJK certificate and understand HS Code very well;
Good knowledge of Incoterm and international trade arrangement not limited to the shipping documents and G to G facilities;

Job Description:

Monitors, and evaluates Power Plant generation as per plan;
Review daily production report and any important information and coordinate with related technical department;
Monitoring and advise monthly revenue meter invoice to PLN as down load revenue meter and calculation refer to PPA;
Develops close working relationships with PLN, and ESDM personnel in day to day generation activities of power plant;
Lead, coaching, mentoring and development numbers of Operators and its Team Leader.

Job Specification:

Bachelor Degree majoring in electrical or mechanical engineering or other related engineering background from reputable University;
Having minimum 5 years working experience in Geothermal Operation & Maintenance on a supervisory level;
Hold Electricity Certification for Operation from DJK (minimum level 4);

Job Description:

Develop Environment policy and procedure and ensure all employees can easily access and thoroughly understand the policy and procedure, including assisting Department Manager in review existing Environment policy and procedures;
Carrying out regular Environment audits and report findings to management;
Conduct Environment trainings and orientation as per company HSE Training matrix;
Provide report on Environment Management and Monitoring Program to related government as required;
Manage hazardous waste in accordance with applicable legislation;
Coordinate with Corporate Environment in compiling all required environmental permits (AMDAL/UKL UPL, Water Drilling, Waste etc) to ensure its compliance with all applicable regulations.

Job Specification:

Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring Environmental Engineering from reputable University;
Having minimum 5 years’ experience as Environment Engineer, preferable has experience in Geothermal Industry, oil and Gas, and/ or Renewable Energy Company;
Knowledge in environmental applicable regulations in general and Geothermal Industry;
Knowledge in UKL/UPL and AMDAL development and process;
Proficient in English both oral and written;
Good communication and interpersonal skill;
Ability to work under pressure and to respond to critical deadlines;
Preferable for candidates who are domiciled surround North Sumatera gion;
High motivation, good team work and able to work independently;
